Rob Volk
Founder & CEO
As Founder & CEO of Foxbox Digital, Rob helps companies build great, impactful digital products. Prior to starting Foxbox he served as CTO and Co-Founder of Detective (detective.io), CTO of Beyond Diet, and helped numerous Fortune 100 clients, including Pfizer, USPS, and Morgan Stanley build and scale complex software applications. Steve MacKinnon
Chief Digital Officer
Steve leads the Foxbox Innovation Team (FIT Lab), AI, and Product Strategy & Advisory practices at Foxbox. He's a proven technology leader with over 20 years of experience across roles at IBM, Accenture, Avanade and Catch NYC.
Doug Lampe
VP of Engineering
Doug leads the Foxbox Engineering team including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Architecture. He brings experience leading and growing teams along with a passion for engineering forged over 20 years with Deloitte Consulting and Lockheed Martin.
Rebecca Le
Head of Operations
Rebecca leads all things operational at Foxbox and is responsible for growing our team with talented digital and mobile professionals who embody the Foxbox Way. She loves supporting her tech and delivery teams with her high-spirited, relentless problem-solving ability. She energizes those around her with her “roll-up-your-sleeves” and “let's get to work” approach.
Matt Chen
Head of Delivery
As the leader of our delivery practice, Matt is a passionate advocate for organizational agility, and an expert in leading the delivery of digital products. He specializes in strengthening communication across organizations, developing talented team members, and driving process improvements, and is an Advanced Certified Scrummaster (A-CSM).
